Anyone else having problems in leicester?

So, anyone else having problems in leicester?

I'm on 2mb, and at the moment my speeds have dropped waaaay down. I got this on the speed test:

1st 512K took 6747 ms = 75.9 KB/sec, approx 625 Kbps, 0.61 Mbps
2nd 512K took 5995 ms = 85.4 KB/sec, approx 704 Kbps, 0.69 Mbps
3rd 512K took 6951 ms = 73.7 KB/sec, approx 607 Kbps, 0.59 Mbps
4th 512K took 7693 ms = 66.6 KB/sec, approx 549 Kbps, 0.54 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 621 Kbps, 0.61 Mbps

There's nothing on NTL's service page that indicates there are repairs or something going on in leicester, so i was wondering if everyone is having problems or just me?

1st 512K took 405 ms = 1264.2 KB/sec, approx 10417 Kbps, 10.17 Mbps
2nd 512K took 422 ms = 1213.3 KB/sec, approx 9998 Kbps, 9.76 Mbps
3rd 512K took 421 ms = 1216.2 KB/sec, approx 10021 Kbps, 9.79 Mbps
4th 512K took 406 ms = 1261.1 KB/sec, approx 10391 Kbps, 10.15 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 10207 Kbps, 9.97 Mbps

best its been since I upgraded.

I would suggest first to juggle your proxy I am assuming it goes through a proxy server but not sure, if that does nothing then give tech support a call your speeds for the speedtest are pretty dire.

As far as i know i'm not using proxies? Can i be using it without having set them up? I don't have proxy settings input on my browser, or my router.

You will automatically be using proxies.
