Re: Redundant
I'm amazed that ntl could get rid of two such helpful emloyees! Still, you both seem happy, hope you both find something nice to do next, and keep on posting on the forum!

Re: Redundant
Well, to those who are currently sitting happy in the knowledge that their time with NTL is coming to an end all I can say is good luck for the future and I hope you find work within a company that will actually recognise your efforts and appreciate you.

this is something I find hard to take - in my opinion it is jobs that are redundant, not people, if the job still exists I don't think any company should be able to make the incumbent redundant, to make way for a 'cheaper' option.
Sadly I know how naiive that view is

ok can we just outsource the CEO and keep the 8,000 staff or better still Lets have Bill C as CEO and you as his assistant. bet NTL would run better with you both running it.

Re: Redundant
I'm sad to hear you are both going
But thanks very much for all the help and support you have given people through Cable Forum because on the whole it has been appreciated!
Good luck with whatever you go on to do

Just to let you know.
I will not be leaving this forum as i will still be a NTL customer.
I will still try to help people even if i dont have the access i used to have at NTL.
You never know i might need this forum if i have a problem with my NTL services .
So to confirm you dont get rid of me that easily
