How did you get that upgrade, did you manually upgrade yourself or just unplug the modem and power back up ?

Think about it, they will be switching the existing customers over in chunks at a time. However for any new customers coming on the 3mb tier no longer exists so if they are requesting the top tier they are going to get 10mb. From what I see here its all going fairly smoothly and people are starting to see the upgrade apearing in regions. Which is very very good except I'm no longer in a ntl region so Its bad coz I cannot get it.

Was on 2Mb now on 10Mb, in about 5 mins on 2Mb again coz I cant afford the 37.99. But I can get it if I want.

Thats a fair point, but doesn't explain why 1 & 2 mb customers seem to be first inline, despite NTL saying all along that 3mb would be first. And like I asked earlier, where are the lower cap options on the 10mb line?

The lower cap options won't be available till next year, and 3mbit customers won't see it as it's the same tier as they're currently on, albeit with new faster speeds.
