I very much doubt customer services would have had the info on this yet.
Besides they probably won't turn on 10mb all over the country straight away they will test a region 1st to make sure alls kosher.

But most Ntl customer service reps are treated like mushrooms. For upgrades and similar things they find out on the day so the 2nd person would probably of being going on various comments and rumours he had heard throughout the office.
Just be patient. You are going to get an upgrade pretty soon for free.

BUND03 is showing as the 10mb package on the system, give it a try, see what happens......
may work, may not..... only 1 way to find out....

Yeah right, just off the phone to CS, "MID DECEMBER all 3meg customers", "It's still being trialled", another CS rep just before being passed to the last one "New customers only"
What a load of tosh (and thats being polite) 
Already got a BT line, and $ky can do the TV

If i remember correctly, the last upgrade was underway, people were already screaming from the rooftops on here, about how they had 3mb, and customer services were still telling people that phoned that it wasn't available yet.
Keep your eye on the online upgrade page, that's where it happens first.

That 03bund is only showing up for 2mb users though. As a 3mb user, when i went on the upgrade page, it said there were no upgrades available.
