Nottingham internet super slow and question about proxies

anyone else having problems with the internet?

im really struggling to browse web pages (even popular webpages)

im getting alot of timeouts :-( and errors

anyone else having problems

also does changing proxies help at all?

Could well be a proxy problem: see Robin Walker's proxies page

if it is the proxies get the list of robin walkers site and choose another, doesnt fix the problem but is a workaround. Then after a few days try going back to normal and see if the problem is resolved.

This only affects website's if you seeing slowness in other things like email and ftp then it isnt a web proxy issue.

We have our own lists, which are more up to date.

Basford is one of the UBR locations in Nottingham, serving (mainly) places places along the A610 corridor.

They are all pretty much as good as each other - try and pick a local one if possible.
