Re: Upload to webspace from Mac OSX?

You can only upload to your webspace from an NTL connection.

Oh and welcome

Re: Upload to webspace from Mac OSX?

I once had the opposite problem - working fine at home on my Mac, but not on my PC at work. Maverick has already explained why!

Sadly, when I phoned NTL we went all through this and yet the tech never once mentioned that it only works when you connect on your NTL account.

Re: Upload to webspace from Mac OSX?

Drectory should be blank as you need to upload to the root directory.
The correct format for connection via IE is ftp://username:password@upload.ntlworld.com although I don't know whether this works on Macs.
