Angry TV Listing Order

Hi,

Does anybody know why the channel listing seems to be getting more and more messed up. I have just noticed that BBC1 is not even on the first page of the 'all channels' or 'entertaintment', instead you need to navigate down to it. My first page has something like NTL blah blah and CBeebies?

Why do NTL find it so difficult to build a descent menu system? at least with Sky's the numbers actually follow one after the other (not to mention fast)instead of jumping around like my NTL does.

Is this just me?

Re: TV Listing Order

A system upgrade happened this weekend which has messed up the channel order. It was an important upgrade that will allow future improvements to the TV service.

Put your channels back where they belong and it should settle down now.

Re: TV Listing Order

I find nowadays your favs never stay where you put them, couple of days later they are back in the original positions.

Re: TV Listing Order

How do I go about putting them back in the right order? I don't use the favourites.

Re: TV Listing Order

spiderplant: is the system upgrade to facilitate the download of the new blue software for Bromley regions? Or, has it been downloaded and just waiting activation now?

Re: TV Listing Order

The blue software updates started a couple of weeks ago. Everyone in York and Wearside should now have the new software. There is no activation involved - as soon as you get the download the box starts running it.
