strange email

Hi guys and gals.

Got the email below to my default email account this morning, anyone else had the same?

headers and body message copied.:-

Return-Path: <>
From: admin
Subject: ATTENTION: High Water Mark Notification, bytes in the mailbox!
Date: Mon, 25 Jul 2005 20:45:14 +0100
Your mailbox is over the high water mark.
Please delete some messages from your mailbox!

That is it nothing else, definateley not from NTL.
I have not had any spam to this account for over 12 months as I don't use for any online activity, only for friends.

Any ideas?

Re: strange email

The only other thing is if someone sent you a large attachment?

I used to get this all the time when I only had Hotmail and it was a 2mb limit (back in the dark ages). Not saving a copy of sent items helped me there.
