New Sat nav

I've ordered a new Sat nav from Littlewoods, I ordered the Goodmans one which was out of stock, they gave me an alternative which was £100 more. She said it was a Hewlett Packard one ruuning off the Michelin software delivered on the 2/8.2005, I've tried the HP site and Google but nothing comes up, she assured me it was a good one because it was over £100 more than the goodmans one. Can I hell as like find the one. Anyone on here got the same thing?

That could be it Paul, for £399 I'd expect it to be more than Ipaq. What do the Navibox run at price wise?

Could well be something along those lines. Global positioning systems .co.uk are the guys that put together the gps bundles that hp market. You can go to gps.co.uk and get the same thing cheaper if you like although your probably better getting a ipaq or a xda and putting tom tom on it. you'll get all the extra features such as portability and a mp3 / movie player etc all built in.

I made the biggest mistake of my life by getting one of these on Tuesday, avoid avoid avoid. £399 for sat nav that doesn't know where it's going. £399 for Sant nav that doesn't recognise postcodes, £399 for sat nav that takes you miles out of your way, £399 for sat nav that can't find a petrol station. Michelin's tyres are crap their sat nav is even worse.
