			Same as on a wired ethernet network.  
 Are they on the same domain, do you have firewalls, and is the File/Print sharing turned on?   Have you set the folder permissions?

			What router or other means of network connectivity?  Are  both PCs wireless or is one wired?

			Can both PCs see each other on the network? What operating systems are you running, what firewalls (if any) do you run and have you actually shared any files on the network and if so can you see them on the PC that they are not shared on?
