Would suggest that this is part of a planned maintenance.
At 9PM? We may not be the greatest for customer service but even we don't do our maintenance in the middle of the evening when the most customers are using their service
Besides if you look again Belfast was worked on on Tuesday morning.
This was a fault and if it keeps occuring it needs to be reported to tech support.
