Question Ebay question

I have recently sold an item on ebay, the person who i sent it to said the package has been opened and re-sealed with royal mail tape with the contents missing.

I have sent a claim in to royal mail about this and as yet have not heard anything about it.

BUT while looking at his feedback i have noticed that he has since re-sold the exact item (sim cards).

How can i report him to ebay for fraud or the like??

TIA...

thedales.

Did you get your money first? If so, don't worry about it. Just leave appropriate feedback...

I'd also report him/her to the Royal Mail too, if he's inferring that they've stolen an item when he's sold it on himself I'm sure they'd be at least mildly interested as he's forcing you to put in what HE knows is a fraudulant claim.

Re: Ebay question

Where did he get the Royal Mail tape from though? Ask for a picture of the box.

Also - leave negative feedback to tell other people what he does.
