NTL certainly know about Cableforum and its predecessors but have failed up to now to take advantage of the opportunities and feedback provided. I have suggested a similar system to Simon Duffy in the past and he told me he would consider it but nothing doing yet other than the meeting with Mick and Simon which could eventually lead to something similar.

hi i have a analogue box it seems to have stuck ot self on one channel the trouble channel the picture is waivy but the sound is clear i have tried to change channel from box and remote but it wont do anything it stays locked on this channel please help

Would this be the box you say (in your other post) that you "bought from ebay" ? Such a box is unlikely to have been legally sold, and as such you are not likely to get any help from a TW employee.
