Merging files

Hi folks

just wondering how you would go about joining 2 avi files to create a long file
ie.
if i have 2 x 30min clips, what is the best program to use to join the files so as I have 1hr long video file?

Suggestions of best programs would be helpful as wouldf any other information

They do an avi/mpg joiner.

Download Virtualdub. You can do lots with it.
