Hi, a friend of mine at work has got a contract phone. Its in her mums name but the money comes out of her account?

How! Can they do that? Is that illegal as she is only 16???

No, its perfectly legal, I did it when I had my first phone at 17, the d/d is completely separate to contract.

You just need to persuade someone to have it in their name!

I quite like the Motorola C350 (although you want to put it in a leather case as its own one is easily scratched)

Try www.three.co.uk

They have some of the best deals, and you get video calls too.

They also do a pay as you go contract, sounds a little strange, but could be good for some people.

Give them a go.
