I think ntl are generally very good ( the installers and engineers ) its the brick wall called customer services with examples like you have dialed the wrong number they then give you the same number you already dialed you explain this and they say just try again you then have to go through the automated system to go back to the same department and told the same thing again

Got to agree with you all the NTL staff i have met have been OK  but they get let down by the few  .
I spoke to one called Daniel yesterday to upgrade my BB all he could do was BS me even myt can i speak to a TL did not work.
When other staff saw my posting it was sorted, what NTL need to do is get rid of the BS merchants like Daniel.
