I recently attended:

"Managing and eliminating unnaceptable behaviour and other performance barriers in the workplace" (I kid you not).

In a few weeks I'm on something waaaaaaayyyy better:

"Basic Administration for Windows 2000"

It's only funny 'cause it's true

Re: An encounter with something nasty

I asked for more technical training and they sent me on the customer care course Not sure what to make of it. It means something - not sure what I'm too lowly for the managerial courses - that will come in a few years time, if I'm (un)lucky.

Ah the life of a DST

You might also want to download and try www.ubcd4win.com, you can then boot windows from CD (like Knoppix) so your normal windows won't actually be running and then run spyware tools from that, it results in a much more thorough clean! (Also a useful tool for backing up stuff when windows refuses to load!)
