I wasn't being rude, I was simply saying that CS is there at any time we need them, for anything we need them for. If we want to see about the upgrades, let us do it without people bitching about it. Being impatient is a crime now?

hey are there any CS people around who could check my account for me ? when I try to upgrade online it says that the username is not associated with my modem (yes I am entering the right username)

I have tryed upgradeing my connection through there site, but it comes up with the following message...

Is it right to believe that given the info here: http://www.home.ntl.com/page/broadbandusage that the only tier with a hard cap is the 1MB service, and that the 2/3MB tier's will continue with a guideline?
