cant seem to find any form to fill in to get it sent all i get is register here for points and then it wont load error 404...\
edit: found it now after changing security settings

Mind you that could just be because I've already used that code once so if you want to try it
http://www.shop.bt.com/invt/ccm120 is the item in question, use the promo code CHBH at stage 3 (there is a button to click towards the top of the form at that page).
