To be honest, it might be a bit hit-and-miss, depending on what your TV can do. If it can list the UHF channel numbers of the stations it can show, then you just need to pick one that is not currently being used.

Most VCRs can only be set to a few UHF channels, in any case, so in reality just moving it up or down a channel would probably work.
