Re: e-buyer
Can I ask how long you had to wait for a reply to your RMA request or enotes? I ordered a DVD writer which was delivered on 18/01/05...or except it wasnt. My wife signed for the parcel not knowing what it was but when I arrived home from work I opened it to find an EPSON printer cartdige instead.
I have sent 2 RMA requests and an enote but no response from ebuyer yet on either. This is the first time I have had to go throughthis process with them and wondered how long I should leave it before taking it further.
Thanks

I've still got a motherboard that arrived nearly 2 years ago DOA that I'm waiting for an RMA number from Ebuyer for. I wouldn't hold your breath

Re: e-buyer
well after much deliberation in what DVD WR I wanted to buy, I decided to get it from Scan.co.uk, so I am glad I did not get it from Ebuyer.
I only wish Crucial memory does not go the same way as ebuyer, as I ordered memory about a week ago and still waiting, apprently it is still in progress.

Re: e-buyer
Hi All,
Just to let you all know that after many recorded letters that ebuyer as replied, They said sorry but your order is now out of stock and we have cancelled your order and we will refund you money but it will take a couple of days.
But what I would like to know why did they take the money in the first place and why did it show that there was 119 in stock at the time of ordering if the famous stock level were out.........
Many questions but no answers but I have got my money back and in the future I would be very carefull IF I ORDER ANYTHING FROM EBUYER AGAIN.....
Many thanks to all that have helped
Homer

Re: e-buyer
You may be getting your money back but what they cant give you back is the time you spent chasing them up and phone calls, e-mails, etc you had to sort out.
The company needs to re-address its customor service department if I was them and put more in to that as otherwise its bye bye Ebuyer, and all customors will go elswhere.

Paint the trim on the toaster white?
Seriously though, I think you can return it under distance selling regulations if you do it witin 7 days.
