Re: Someone (anyone) Please Help

i for my sins work in the faults department and i have never heard of a an fault affecting a default feature, i can honestly say working there is hell management have imparted so many rules over the last few month making it impossible for us to do our job not to mention all the new starters they have brought in with inadequate training. most of the staff here before this 'recruitment drive' have left and my notice shall be soon to follow.

Re: Someone (anyone) Please Help

And may i say that on the whole the faults department are pretty good, i never had a problem with them before this. I am sure that some of them just say the first thing that comes to there mind or just say what they are told to. You are a braver man than i am it must take some doing working under the conditions you do not to mention the amount of abuse you must have to deal with. I am not sure if it is me or not but the level of service at NTL does seem to be getting worse as of late (only in some areas), Must be all the cutbacks etc. Ah well hopefully i will have a better experience on BT

I left in October (redundancy) the recent relocation of deparments seems to have made things worse again. Maybe management will sit up and take notice when the next churn figures come out! Revenue/profit is the only thing they care about it's never about quality of service or care.

Very short sighted in my opinion

It's never been any different with ntl IMO-the rot starts at the top, & the sooner they get rid of all the people running ntl that wouldn't know how to consistantly keep a customer happy if their life depended on it (yes Aizad-I'm referring to you) the better for all ntl customers IMHO.

Re: Someone (anyone) Please Help

Well it happened again today no 1471 and no caller withheld either, Due to BT going in next week i wasn't going to ring NTL but thought what the hell. I Rang NTL CS expecting the usual hour on hold, but it was answered within minutes, Spoke to a really really helpful lady whos appologised and said she would ring me back when she had a chance to look into it. Heard that one before says i but she rang back within 15mins, appologised once again for the trouble assured me it was sorted and wished me a good day. Then i checked it and yup it was sorted, i have done enough moaning about NTLs CS Lately thought i would redress the balance and say thank you to whoever she was, It was a pleasure.
