Our mission is to organize the world's information, and that includes the thousands of programs that play on our TVs every day. Google Video enables you to search a growing archive of televised content †“ everything from sports to dinosaur documentaries to news shows.
Not much use to us but maybe they will expand it to other countries at some point in the future.

I imagine you will have to pay for the videos!? so in a sense not going to be financially great for us, because it will cost lots, on top of your already tv bill, bb bill. It will be a bit like the discovery broadband programmes, you have to pay monthly, to view programmes, that you may have missed or want to watch again.

I don't think they show the programmes at the moment, it's just a search tool that looks inside the subtitles (?) of programs - but if they extended to let you view/PPV the programs that could be the next killer app for BB.

Imagine: you're thinking 'what was that program that was on last year with the woman talking about how some people with autism were finding careers as architects?' And then being able to find it and watch it through google? Wow !
