you probably don't need any of that rubbish,get a proper diet and exercise regime,there is no shortcut to looking like me

He's right though, why should he listen to two old men who've reached that age by eating 'proper' food and haven't been talked into buying pills, potions and snake oil from 'health experts' working in pharmacies trying to make money.

Got guilt tripped at checkout "do you want to donate 50p to comic relief" it's not even a question, I got served by a human btw
Anyway I must say on supplements my well being is more uplifting. It's not a magic pill I know but you do feel a little changes here and there.
My diet is poor as in not enough intake. The jabs suppress my appetite. Eating more would also mean the need to exercise which I am not thus far. I am to address my fitness, or energy next month on ss31 then motsc.
I've been walking about a lot more having lost only a little weight, it's amazing how little things can make such a big difference. I was using travel cards on the bus etc. now I walk it and importantly don't sweat. A sign of good health.
How are you getting on jaymoss? Still treating your taste buds to ghee lol
