Some answers to your questions...

Reta 6mg split in two
Cag 1mg split in two
I'll know more about this schedule in the coming week.
I've also started klow for any saggy skin issues. Ss31 next then shred x (motsc and amino) to get my butt moving more.

Side effects skin has become a little sensitive.
Around £100 per pen for just under a few months supply.

84kg
The split is working well.
One thing I've found tough is sugar cravings. Once taken in my well being stabilises. I've got to better manage sugar intake. Weird as it's not an overload issue more so a insufficiency issue. I've literally gone cold turkey which isn't good.

Well done that's my maximum weight that I fluctuate to when weighing myself each weekend but I'm 5ft11 and want to lose a bit.

Re: Who Is Getting Fit This Year?
Thanks The fails I had doing it alone was grueling. I like this approach.
I couldn't finish your burger and chips meals. I can't even get interested in such portions.

Re: Who Is Getting Fit This Year?
I've run into an issue. My blood pressure is low. When sitting upright in a chair I'm fine but laying down then getting up puts me into a faint state. I haven't fallen to the ground but I do feel dizzy for a moment then everything is fine. I'm already on electrolytes. I found some liquid iv sachets to possibly help.

That's not a bit of an issue that's a very serious health issue, so you know what you need to do.....

Re: Who Is Getting Fit This Year?
I'm not coming off the jabs. I'll attempt to manage it. Some say increase salt intake I dislike salt.

No offence but risking the damage low blood pressure can do to your life should be more important, so if it's your dodgy injections causing it you need to know.
Quote:
How Low Blood Pressure Affects Your Body
• Reduces blood flow to the brain: Because the brain sits at the top of the body, a drop in pressure often hits it first, leading to:
• Dizziness, lightheadedness, or feeling faint
• Fainting or blackouts (syncope)
• Confusion, trouble concentrating, or "brain fog"
• Dull or pressure-like headaches
• Blurred or tunnel vision
|
Quote:
|
• Depletes muscle and overall energy: Inadequate oxygen delivery to skeletal muscles and tissues causes chronic fatigue, physical weakness, and lethargy that does not always improve with rest.
|
Quote:
|
Triggers a compensatory heart response: When your blood pressure drops, your heart often beats faster or harder (palpitations) and your body releases adrenaline to try to force blood back up to vital organs.
|
Quote:
|
Restricts blood flow to the heart and lungs: Severe drops can cause chest pain (angina), shortness of breath, or a weak and rapid pulse.
|
Quote:
|
Cools the extremities: The body prioritizes blood flow to core organs like the brain and heart first, which can leave your hands and feet feeling cold, numb, or make your skin look pale or clammy.
|
Quote:
|
Strains the kidneys: Chronically low blood pressure can reduce proper filtration in the kidneys, sometimes leading to reduced or dark urine output and long-term kidney stress.
|
Quote:
|
Causes systemic shock (in extreme cases): If blood pressure plummets past the body's ability to compensate, it leads to shock—a life-threatening state of organ failure caused by severe cellular oxygen deprivation.
