I still have them for each of my main accounts.
The last one I wrote was in 2019, for my FAC renewal.

The current account I'm using I've had maybe 35 years, I've got no reason to faff around and move it and I'm not one to do it for a few £100 when it's offered but maybe I should consider doing it every few years.

Is there anything stopping you moving every 12 months for the money incentives? I just can't be arsed with the hassle even if most of it is automated with Direct Debits, but knowing my luck something would go wrong and my salary wouldn't appear.

I am also not arsed and the anxiety about the DDs not switching properly and things going wrong is just not worth it

Constant switching can have an adverse effect on your credit score.

'sigh' such a short memory you youngsters (ha!) have.
To send me stuff digitally they'd have to have my email address . . . yeah, like that's gonna happen, remember?

You're living in the dark ages if you don't have an online login with your utility suppliers, but the forum has had this sort of conversation with you before.
You gave Cable Forum your email address and likely other places so what's the problem.

Anyway, the Government should pay me a small stipend for keeping people in employment instead of allowing computers (and AI) to do everything
