Well, if you stopped posting them so often, I wouldn’t see that many…
I have accessed my bank account once each day for the last three days - Monday to transfer a payment for decorating work we had done last week, Tuesday to check if my daughter had transferred the money she said she would last week (she hadn’t, so got reminded, and then she transferred it), and today, to pay our window cleaners.
I checked it once last week, as we had a couple of large credit card bills to pay off (restaurant, etc. bills from a fortnight in Cyprus second half of September, new front door, and a couple of other things), so wanted to make sure there was enough to cover the Direct Debits.
I understand that you don’t feel you need the ability to check (when you want) the state of your bank/credit cards accounts, and that’s fine for you, but when you denigrate those with different requirements just because you don’t need that facility, it reflects more on you than them…

It's always good to have and use a credit card if you can trust yourself to pay it in full each month, it gives you protection and helps with credit score if that is needed.
I put everything on mine other than direct debit bills.

Credit cards are a very good way of improving your credit scores and increases your chances of getting better interest rates on any loan you do need in the future.
Strangely enough as long as you do not keep having hard searches the higher your available credit the better for your score. On top of that using your card for shopping and the like and then paying it off end of the month bolsters your score because it is showing a good credit history

The same, but use BA Amex and Barclaycard Avios cards to get Avios Points, which we use for Business Class long-haul flights about every two years (only pay taxes, as the Avios Points pay for my seat and the free Companion voucher for SWMBO’s seat).
As has been said, it’s excellent for credit ratings - our score in Equifax is 987/1000…
