General Total outage - again - London N1

Another total outage In London N1. Since 8am and not reported to be fixed until 6pm tomorrow. This is the second total major outage (i.e. internet & TV) in 2 weeks. Working from home and with a dodgy 4G connection in the area this is a complete nightmare!

Not sure. EE is fairly poor - that's the only one I have experience of and is reputedly the best for this area.

Got a notification about 30 mins ago saying they'd fixed it. Router still flashing red so I re-booted it - still off-line. Rang CS and they confirmed the problem hadn't actually been fixed! Credited me £10 good-will off the next bill which is all the chap could do so appreciated. Still rather have a working service though!

Restored about 30 minutes after the call to CR. Hope this is the last one for a while!
