No wonder people have phones with flat batteries, can people not just put their phone in their pocket for longer than 2 minutes without 'needing' to check something?

i charge mine every 10 days it's usually at 40% battery I hardly ever touch it

Our daughter is the only one in the house that has managed to register for NHS Wales services online.
She got a text that she can call a "special" number to make the Flu jab appointment.
That number came up as "not in use", so she called the surgery and was told that only the "special" number can be used, as it is tied to one member of staff sitting at her computer.
So my daughter asked to be transferred to her, but was told that she was not in that day, and will not return until Tues 22nd October. WTAF?

At work we seem to get a lot of time wasting calls (energy, bank and others) the automated voice results in an instant hang up.
I had one asked to speak to my boss by name, I said he was busy can I take a number they did, he then said "You sound fat do you like donuts" I just went bye and hung up and through the number in the bin.
