USB Maufunctioned

I keep getting a message suddenly that a USB device has not been recognised and has malfunctioned but I cant find what device it is. under device manager its just listed as USB Device.

Anyone have any ideas how I can find what device it is, is there software that will tell me etc?

Re: USB Maufunctioned

I assume you have unplugged everything to see what device is causing the issue? can you post an image? If it says hub in the error then it is likely a controller issue

Seriously Corey how many devices could you possible have to remove ? It has prompted you to make a post about then best way to find out what the problem is is process of elimination. Good luck :-)
