Today I have saved £69.
The dead phone from yesterday (see moans thread) has miraculously started working again.
It had a 'green screen of death'. no matter what I did, or the button combinations I tried, it wouldn't turn off/on, wouldn't reset, just kept showing me the horrible green screen. Couldn't get anything to show at all . . apart from the sickly green.
Having left it all night with the green screen laughing at me, this morning it was all blank, the constant screen being on had probably killed the battery.
On a whim I plugged the charger in . . and got a charging notification . . after 10 minutes I turned the phone on and it's fine.
I'm not a cynical chap (honest lol) but it makes me wonder . . 
I *could* have bought a new phone yesterday, maybe even spent £500 on one . . that I didn't need due to a software glitch or ( puts tinfoil hat on) a coded 'kill switch'

I was at the store last night and this beautiful lady came up to me and gave me a 15 dollar gift card and then a 10 dollar card!
I gave her a big hug and she said "You dont have to hug me" -- I cried and said there isnt many nice people out there anymore.....
I guess she does that for alot of people... She had to be at least 80,I dunno.... Very sweet of her!!

You need to stop hugging strangers like this you have done it before! What's with all the crying for a 45+ year old adult? You seem socially unusual in everything you say and do.

Hmm I'm not sure socially unusual and in this case unique are complimentary....

I love camels lol slow but stable animals. Horses not so easy to handle I didn't risk it with my overweight butt.
Jet skis, parasailing, quad bikes, fun fun fun sandy beach, the 4th oldest mosque in the world, Roman empire ruins, blue and white city (Greek inspired), peak mountain point exploration, loads of stuff done and dusted in Tunisia.

My dad helped me hook up my new TV today..
Luckily I was able to find the exact same model CRT .. She is 13" and just a beautful TV... I had written down the settings from my original and put them in the new one so it looks the same...

Well I've just finished my second week in my job for an electrical engineering company.
On day 2 I was given a set of keys, day 3 & 4 I set the alarm and locked the building as I was on my own.
The other day I had to use Google Maps & Street View to do a survey of 3 sites in Leicester a customer has issues with, so I could see what space the cheery picker would have to access the streetlights.
I have to remember they are called lamps and not bulbs.
