Preventative maintenance month…
We had a Composite front door and doorframe fitted last week, just had the gable end of the house permasealed (two coats), flashing checked and resealed where necessary, and next week we get a new gas boiler (ATAG) installed, with various enhancements to our heating and hot water system…

Two First Class return rail tickets to London - we're off down there for three nights early November, for an early 70th birthday* trip, take in a show, see some sights, meeting up with friends who are travelling down the next day so we can have Afternoon Tea at the Savoy, then all travel back together on the Saturday.
