Talking of Sky Sports, some people have reported that, since the 360 update, they are receiving this, despite not subscribing to it

It's mainly the ATP challenger tour and some archive footage, not the main ATP and WTA tours.

It's also available on the likes of Pluto, Rakuten, Prime, and the channels on LG, Hisense, TCL, and Samsung.

The info below is from the https://www.virginmedia.com/the-edit...-fast-channels article.

Game, set, watch: Tennis Channel (CH542) has landed

If tennis is your thing, you've now got a dedicated home for the sport on Virgin TV. Available on CH 542 on Virgin TV 360 and Stream, Tennis Channel brings together live and delayed matches, player interviews, highlights, profiles and classic tennis moments, all in one place.

The channel arrives at the perfect time if you’re looking to keep the summer tennis season going. One of the upcoming highlights is the ATP Challenger Tour event from Quebec City, Canada, which gets underway on 18 August, giving you the chance to watch some of the sport's rising talents as they compete for valuable ranking points and a place on tennis's biggest stages.

Alongside match coverage, Tennis Channel also offers behind-the-scenes access to the sport's biggest personalities, expert analysis and a look back at memorable moments from tennis history.

It's a destination designed for fans who want more than just the headline-grabbing tournaments, shining a spotlight on established champions, emerging players and some of the sport's most exciting competitions from around the world.

From prestigious international team events such as the Davis Cup, Billie Jean King Cup and United Cup to the ATP Challenger Tour and the innovative Ultimate Tennis Showdown series, there's plenty to keep tennis lovers entertained long after the final ball has been struck.

Yet again clearly 360 not needed to get this channel, starting to appear that the 360 is playing catch-up with bog standard smart TV. Keep looking for a reason to move over , and failing to find one , would need more than that to jump

Re: Virgin TV (2026)

Virgins plan is that by the end of 2027 all of their TV customers will be using the 360 software.

A massive part of this push will be that from the 27th of this month anyone putting through a change to their package will be informed that the 360 upgrade is now a requirement.

Today might be a good time for anyone not looking to do the software upgrade to be reviewing their bundles.

Thankyou for the info. A relative of mine, who I just about persuaded to keep their V6 at last renewal, was out-of-minimum-term in 2months.

There was a very reasonable renewal offer in their online account, so they've re-contracted today. I know these online offers got some bad press in the past, but there was less than £1 between their current & offer price - so price-certainty for 24months is a good outcome.

Our 24months is up in early 2028, I can probably suck-up TV360 sometime by then....

Hi japitts, your relative might need to keep an eye on their online renewal, the last 2 times I renewed through my account offer nothing happened and it went up to the full price for the package. I took screenshots of everything and the old virgin forum team sorted it all out both times with a better deal. Those were the days.
