Bluetooth TV Headphone Volume

My dad's having a hard time finding a pair of headphones that play loudly when connected to his tele. When he connects to his smartphone the audio playback is loud. Television is a Hisense 65A6GTUK.

The headphone jack volume is at 100% but it's not that. Over Bluetooth it's a nightmare, he's paying for years of work in the metal industry, his hearing isn't the best now but being honest I've given the headphones a try connected to the tele and it's very low in volume.

The headphones itself haven't got any volume adjusters.

they tend to use clicks for volume taps or similar

Sounds like you need a headphone amplifier. I believe you can get them with a 3.5 mm jack input and Bluetooth connectivity. Not that expensive on Amazon but not used one for years and never with Bluetooth so can't vouch for the performance.

What make/model are the headphones?

If the audio from the phone is loud enough, but the TV audio isn't, I'd be initially looking at the TV not the headphones.
Are there audio 'limiting' settings on the TV?

Can you try the headphones in other devices (your phone or tablet) and see if the audio is ok on those?

That amplifier, I might as well just hardwire him. Also there's an amplifier already using the headphone jack to red and black connectors.

Seeing as you already have an amplifier on the headphone jack it would appear the problem is the tv audio output.

Has he got hearing aids seeing you said his hearing isn't the best?
