BP reading - take 3 in morning and 3 in the evening, resting for 15 mins before reading. Submit the lowest reading in each set.
Mine can fluctuate but are usually below 130/90, even down to 113/74 in one set. It can peak higher though.

Thought it was 
On that note, yesterday had a text from Docs to make an appointment for blood tests, because previous tests (for the last 20 years) show me as being 'borderline' in the diabetes thing.
It also seems they've accepted that I won't get up at 7am to ring the surgery and sit in a phone queue for half an hour only to be told "sorry, nothing until next week" . . so the text included a link to online booking . . sorted, thank you

My docs has gone online triage they ask a number of questions to get an idea of what your needs are. The 2 times I have used it I have had same day appointments 1st one not so get with a nurse practitioner that first said he could not print my scriptcuz the printer was broke and had to send it to the chemist but they will get it straight away then went on to print a bloods form. The script was not there and caused issues. Second time was great .
Bought a new TV cabinet ready for a new TV I am buying this month
