Just started 'Dreadfulwater' (yes that's how it's written) by Thomas King.
Apparently it's book one in in an 8 (or 9 ) book series, I may have to go searching

Finally got round to starting Neal Asher - Dark Diamond (cheers Hugh)

On the agenda after that is probably a revisit to 'The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant', mentioned by someone on here a while ago. Read them years ago and recently found them (cough) online as epubs.
