Re: Weather
I want to hand wash my car this weekend so I think I'm going to have to rush do it at 8am because it's 32c out there now.
Any other areas got a hose pipe ban?
Cambridge Water hose pipe ban was activated on 9th July for the first time in 30 years.

Re: Weather
Started off as a lovely morning here, dull with good cloud cover and a cooling breeze . . . . I nearly put socks on.
Now however, the clouds are dissipating and the sun is starting to break through, could be another muggy and sweaty day

Re: Weather
Well it seems the anticipated rain didn't arrive, not here anyway. A fair bit of threatening dark clouds over the weekend, but they soon ran away laughing at us below.

Re: Weather
We had a light shower but not enough to wet anything. Outlook is staying dry for the week.

Re: Weather
Front & rear lawns appear dead, but that's no worry as rain (eventually) will see them spring back to life.
Wheat, Potatoes, Corn, Carrots etc sadly don't have that resilience . . and it's probably going to be too late for some crops

Re: Weather
We had a few light showers, which seemed to have a lot of dust in them, looking at our cars.

Re: Weather
Yes Saturday night here it rained a shower which displaced the dust already on the car so I washed it Sunday, the forecast is no rain for the rest of the week here.
