So if you believe the MSM then these two are trying to be Hitler all over again, or if you believe their fanatical fan base they are being scapegoated because Governments don't want the Male population listening to what they say.
Personally I have not seen anything to convince me they are guilty or innocent but it does appear they are being targeted for some reason, as a quick google (no in depth look) it does seem like a bunch of fake evidence and irregularities have been used by police etc to arrest them and take them to court.

Could be a message if true sent through his lawyer, it's not uncommon for celebs and others in their shoes to have some outside force use their social media to drum up attention.
