Re: World Cup 2026
Well, that was unexpected, but Norway deserved to win overall.
That was never a penalty, at the end, fortunately it didnt matter.
So, if we somehow get past Mexico, we will face Norway.

Re: World Cup 2026
I may go to bed now, perhaps if I wake up at 4:30 all hot and sweaty I could catch all of the second half (storms depending)

Well if it kicks off at 2 am, it'll be all over by 4.30 am

Re: World Cup 2026
Well done to England despite the very intimidating atmosphere and altitude.

Re: World Cup 2026
Great result for England and thoroughly deserved. I wonder if FIFA will let the England player sent off play in the next game like they are with the American?

Re: World Cup 2026
I went to bed, but got up for 2 am, as did my family, in their respective homes
I'm glad I did.
FIFA has broken its own rules by doing a U-Turn on the US players red card, its rules say that the USA should be kicked out for political interference. So I'm expecting our PM demand that the English player sent of is allowed to play.
