Samber is what you have with dosa. Various fillings generally potato filled inside a lentil pan cake topped with samber and plain yoghurt.
Get exploring..

Dosa? Lol
See I'm not really a food person and my food enjoyment is extremely limited. But it is what it is and it hasn't killed me yet.

Re: What are you eating now?
Up in Glasgow for a few days visiting family, and went out for a meal last night to a nice little Italian restaurant called Bella Vita.
Had some Italian-Scottish fusion food which was very nice; for starters, Arancini Di Haggis e Mozzarella - Deep fried breaded rice balls mixed with haggis & mozzarella cheese, served with a wholegrain mustard & whisky mayonnaise dip, and then for mains, Pollo alla Scozzese - Chicken supreme stuffed with Stornoway black pudding, in a creamy black peppercorn & brandy sauce, served with chips.
Washed down by a couple of cans of Coke Zero, because I offered to give one of my brothers a lift to where he was staying whilst he’s visiting from Jersey.

Re: What are you eating now?
Nothing at all yesterday, as I had 2 wobbly front teeth removed and my first denture fitted.
Mulligatawny soup and bread to dip into it at lunchtime today.
I shall attempt to eat with the family later: sausages, grilled bacon, fried bread, and tinned tomatoes. That is if I can figure out how to remove and then replace my denture, as the dentist was very vague on how to do it.
