QVC stresses that subsidiaries outside of the US are not part of the bankruptcy proceedings. The only exception is a non-operating subsidiary in Luxembourg.
The company’s global business activities continue as usual – including customer-facing activities in the UK, Germany, Japan, and Italy. Payments to suppliers and vendors are being made as normal in all these regions.
As a result, QVC UK is expected to continue broadcasting, selling goods and services as normal.

You trust big business ! Please send me your details . I don't use QVC but if I did I would first get a credit card

This happens quite a bit as quite a few firms carry significant debt, the problem comes when they cannot service their debts.

...and it often gets written off by various means. However, if you or I fell behind with our council tax by just one payment, just watch them act without impunity.

Yes but we aren't a major innovative business keeping the country afloat with the massive amounts of tax they pay

I am amazed at the prices they charge, even more suprised that people pay them , the odd bargain agreed but perhaps 1 a day at most .

Re: Virgin TV (2026)
The thing is they could sell a £100 gift card for £1,000 - and then it reduces in price down to £200 - so a massive 80% discount. Some people will buy it. Some a gulable and others just addicted.
