Now has never really tried that hard to get customers.
Its still cheaper then the Sky Stream 31 day alternative (esp with the current offers).

It’s hardly ‘sly’ - it’s pretty obvious really!

So a row of tiles appears with programme suggestions based on one's viewing habits, instead of the previous TiVo suggestions facility, have I understood correctly?
What other replacements for missing TiVo features are there?
The Sly behaviour of Virgin is how they are pushing the 360 onto customers as if it's the best thing since sliced bread. The whole 'You're getting an upgrade', as if there is no alternative, no mention of the loss of features and withholding Sky Atlantic from the V6 EPG, whilst openly saying that V6 customers must change to inferior software on their box in order to get the channel, when this is totally untrue.
I have a V6 and have been casting it to my TV via Virgin TV Go on & off over the weekend (wasn't particularly impressed with it tbh.)
This is what I mean by sly manipulation.

You seem to be on a crusade against SKY and VM, don't be worrying about the 360 or v6 or SKYQ both vm and SKY are focusing more on their stream boxes now.
Even i've eased up on vm lol

Re: Virgin TV (2026)
I guess if you have Virgin BB, and ther prices are ok, having their stream tv would make sense.

Freely box costs about £70 now TV on offer for around £7 per month so what £12.88 per month for the first year then what ever Now costs second year , they will have to pretty low give it's type of contract

Yes, tiles with the name of the programme and a representative picture on each one, instead of a list. Is that a problem?

Oh, do come on, Richard! Since when did any company promote a product by telling people about the ‘downsides’ as some may see them.
360s are better in that they have modern features that the V6s don’t have. The V6 does have some little used features that are not on the 360, but so what? If you want to keep the V6 with its TiVo features, and a few on here do, nobody’s taking it away are they? At least so far.
But hey, eat this. If they wanted to, Virgin could simply upgrade your software to 360 by way of an update. You know, like they do on your iPhone.
If Virgin were bad guys, they would have done it by now.
