The Orville Season 4 is a little closer to happening.
Acording to Seth MacFarlane the scripts are all written.
Its now a matter of when they will have time to make them.

Paramount+ has ordered a new animated series of Garfield.

While not officially cancelled, it seems unlikely there will be a Season 3 of Ted.
Showrunners Brad Walsh and Paul Corrigan noted " There’s no plan that I’ve heard of at the moment to do Season 3.".

The end of Season 2 pretty much wrapped it up and set it on the road to tie back to the movies, with the narrator even referencing the movies and what happens in them. So it's clearly they only planned it to go this far.
