Might be, if that clicking is the Hard Drive.

Re: V6 "clicking "

Yeh it’s on its way out. The clicking is from the HDD which is holding the recorded programmes, having trouble. Netflix, etc. doesn't use the disk and hence you don’t see the same issue.

Do be aware that when the disk goes, it will permanently take out everything stored on it, VM have no means of ‘transferring recordings to a new box, they will all be lost.

Not a problem , inconvenient yes. I record everything except news. Sometimes, watch 30 mins later.ie skip ads, and when watching rugby , skips stoppages

Whilst true, the V6 continually buffers on all 6 recording tuners continually. That buffering is recorded to the HDD.

Now no picture when turned on , reboot gets it going . When it finally dies might as well go all in and bite the bullet , go 360. Contact up soon , does changing to 360 have any leverage

Depends what approach you take.

By rights, you have a faulty V6 and should report that. It'll be replaced, probably via tech visit, with a V6.

I would expect the tech to mention a migration to TV360, you can choose whether you accept that offer or stick with V6.

Contract renegotiation is a different, unrelated, issue. Expect to be offered TV360, be prepared to accept or decline depending on your preference.

Inclusive calls to landlines & mobiles 24/7, with the usual 59minute limit.
