I've come over to the dark side
After nearly 25 years with NTL/Virgin I've just cancelled and come over to the dark side.
Installation due next Thursday
Tell me it's going to be ok

I wouldn't waste your money. I tether because FTTC is shit and VM are stupid money.
Sky was really good when they had fibre max products, I use to get full 80/20 then it changed product name, 60/10. The difference is massive even though it seems small.

My virgin deal ran out and jumped from £54 to £184, the cheapest deal they could find me with no sport no movies and lowest internet was still £87
However I know they can and will do cheaper they just wanted to play stupid games, so I jumped ship.
Nothing changes if you let them get away with it

Switch over went smoothly. Biggest problem is getting used to the new remote and UI.
Working from home seems fine too. Though I haven't need ed to transfer huge amounts of data yet (not that I would normally need to)
