TLC HD has subtitles on all platforms, apart from Virgin!?
Although subtitles were missing on both TLC and TLC+1, I was able to view them by clicking on Teletext in the Info drop down box on both my Stream and 360 boxes.
Subtitles are now available on both channels on my VM set top boxes.
