Question Windows 11 not sending .odt files via Bluetooth

Windows 11 won't send .odt files. Oh, it'll receive them, but not send them. .jpg, .doc, .docx, .pdf, no prob. .odt? No. Why? Doesn't make sense that they'll go one way but not the other.

"You can send .odt files by attaching them to an email, but it's best to first convert them to a PDF to ensure the recipient can view it correctly regardless of their software. To convert, open the file in a program like Microsoft Word or LibreOffice, go to "File" and select "Export" or "Save As," then choose the PDF format before sending. "

I did have a problem with Win10 not sending certain file types as they were blocked by the firewall. I solved that, then VM blocked all sorts of files (including ZIPs) being sent via it's email system.
