Homemade beef stroganoff with fresh tagliatelle (SWMBO could find any fresh pappardelle at the supermarket).

Pork chops Sicilian style, slowly braised in a tomato, onion and garlic sauce in a low oven. Served with rice.

There's a silly inuendo in there somewhere | Curlywurlys and polos always were a con. Making a selling point of giving you less.

There's a lot of it out in space holding stuff together nicely too * Hugh may have read it too, he's often ahead of me with books

A rare treat: cheese on toast. I almost added a can of baked beans, but felt sorry for the rest of the household.

After a "day out’ at Costco and Leeds Crown Point (SWMBO is going through a Crafting phase, so she spent an hour in Hobbycraft and I had a hot chocolate and a bun in a coffee shop near by), the CBA factor was strong in me, so we went to Leeds Deli in Moortown (after dropping Costco sundries at my daughter’s, who lives nearby), and I had a cracking Potato Rosti (well, 2…) topped with Garlic Spinach, sautéed mushrooms, truffle oil, poached egg, grated grand padano cheese, with added Tuscan fennel sausage.
 Yummy…
