Fresh lamb kofta meat from the butchers formed into meat balls. A lot of liquid is released on heat so no oil required. Throw in coloured fusilli. Meatball pasta  and a container of veg.

Reviews aren't good. I always get them from the clearance section so they have riped. Really nice. Do check the bunch though some get over excited and ripe to a soggy state easily identifiable.
The ones I have are from Peru
