Re: Antivirus, Firewall and Computer Health
Well your old man knows you better than anybody so I'm right and you're wrong again
Oooh wise one on g2a questions can be asked to the seller(s), direct message if you like. I await their response regarding multiplatform activation of bitdefender antivirus plus. It works out more expensive than total security. I still have until June 2026 when malwarebytes expires. I don't know why I'm asking now the answer will be outdated by the time I need to activate new software

Isn't that kind of expensive, also I'd go for Total Security if I was still doing the trials. You're good for 10 months with Malwarebytes, hopefully by then there will be a better deal if you still wish to pay for an anti virus suite.

Re: Antivirus, Firewall and Computer Health
I have had Malwarebytes cough lifetime keys for over a decade. Still worked last time I tried but feel I do not need anything other than free av and a weekend eset scan online

Yes, around 10£ more a year. I was contemplating the need of a antivirus rather than other bits that are included in total security.

How many devices are those lifetime keys? And is it activated in the online account?
I really liked eset back in the day. I've not tried it for around 15 years.

Re: Antivirus, Firewall and Computer Health
If you are not worried about Russia attacking you. £21 buys you the full works from kaspasky. And let's be honest if they wanted to, you wouldn't have a hope of preventing it.

Re: Antivirus, Firewall and Computer Health
Kaspersky use to offer a very good free antivirus, very lightweight on resources and ample protection. I wouldn't buy it but if it was free again I'd definitely consider it

It has been on loads of my machines along the way. It dates before they wanted email addresses just a key no online account. I will see if it still works later

I am surprised at that. I had a lifetime key for Malwarebytes years ago that they blocked, when I contacted them all they could offer me was a 1 year key as compensation.

I'm curious why you always post money backwards, i.e. 10£, instead of £10
